Specialist Project Integration was formed in 2012 by a team of experts from the need for clearer, more reliable information and communication across capital projects in order to deliver them successfully. They recognised that there were fundamental integration issues with design and construction on every major project and believed that there must be a better way of working.

Drawing on over 25 years of experience of managing and delivering capital projects, SPi started by providing project management and delivery support, and quickly built a reputation as project recovery specialists by helping to recover some of the largest and most complex capital projects in the UK. Building on this, we utilised our proven methodologies, integration expertise and digital technologies to create project management and delivery solutions that have supported our clients with the successful delivery of over £30bn of projects worldwide, securing our position as leading industry integration experts.
